01Who we areKimiz

Blue Sudoku is made and published by Mimok Häfeli, Zürich, Switzerland. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Mimok Häfeli; "the app" means Blue Sudoku; "you" means the person using it.

Blue Sudoku'yu Mimok Häfeli (Zürih, İsviçre) yapıyor ve yayınlıyor. Bu şartlarda "biz" Mimok Häfeli'yi, "uygulama" Blue Sudoku'yu, "siz" ise onu kullanan kişiyi ifade eder.

By installing or using the app, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please uninstall the app.

02Using the appUygulamayı kullanmak

You may install and use Blue Sudoku on any device you own or control, for as long as you like, for your own private use. That permission is personal and non-exclusive, and it can be withdrawn if you break these terms.

• interfere with the ads, or use scripts, emulators or modified builds to generate ad views or clicks that no real person made; reklamlara müdahale etmeyin; gerçek bir kişinin yapmadığı reklam gösterimi veya tıklaması üretmek için betik, öykünücü ya da değiştirilmiş sürüm kullanmayın;

You also agree to the terms of the store you installed the app from — for Android that is the Google Play Terms of Service. Those are between you and Google, not us.

03AgeYaş

The app is rated for players aged 13 and over and is not designed or marketed for younger children. If you are under the age at which you can agree to terms on your own where you live, please use the app only with a parent or guardian's agreement.

04AdsReklamlar

The app is free because it shows ads. Those ads are served by Google AdMob, and their content is chosen by Google and its advertising partners, not by us. We do not review individual ads before they appear and we do not endorse what they promote. If an ad is offensive or seems fraudulent, tell us and we will report it to Google — but the advertiser's own dealings with you are between you and them.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change that choice at any time in Settings → Ad privacy options.

05Your dataVerileriniz

What the app collects, and what it deliberately does not, is set out in the Privacy Policy. In short: there is no account, and your puzzles, settings and statistics live on your device.

Because everything is stored locally and nowhere else, uninstalling the app, clearing its data or resetting the device erases your progress permanently. There is no backup we can restore it from.

06Paid featuresÜcretli özellikler

Blue Sudoku is currently free in full: there is nothing to buy, and no part of the game is locked behind a payment.

If a paid option is added later — an ad-free version, for instance — it will be sold through Google Play, and Google will handle the payment, the receipt and any refund under its own policies. If you are a consumer in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, your statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days applies as the law provides. We will not make an existing free feature paid for people who already have the app.

The app is provided as it is. We may change it, add or remove features, or stop publishing it altogether. Ads and crash reporting depend on Google's services, which can be slow or unavailable for reasons outside our control; the puzzles themselves are generated on your device and keep working offline.

We don't promise the app is free of errors, or that it will run on every device or every version of Android.

08OwnershipMülkiyet

The name "Blue Sudoku", the app's code, artwork, icons and sounds are owned by Mimok Häfeli or used under licence. Installing the app gives you permission to play it; it does not transfer any of those rights to you.

"Blue Sudoku" adı ile uygulamanın kodu, görselleri, simgeleri ve sesleri Mimok Häfeli'ye ait veya lisans altında kullanılıyor. Uygulamayı kurmanız size oynama izni verir; bu hakları size devretmez.

Sudoku itself is a public puzzle form that nobody owns, and the rules of the game are free for anyone to implement.

Sudoku'nun kendisi kimseye ait olmayan, kamuya açık bir bulmaca türüdür; oyunun kuralları herkesin uygulayabileceği şekilde serbesttir.

09LiabilitySorumluluk

We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory law makes us liable regardless of what this document says. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — for example lost game progress, lost time, or damage to data or devices arising from ordinary use of a free puzzle game.

10Law & disputesHukuk ve uyuşmazlıklar

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The ordinary courts of Zürich, Switzerland have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

Before going to court, please write to us — most problems with a puzzle game can be sorted out by email.

11Changes to these termsŞartlardaki değişiklikler

We may update these terms — most likely when the app itself changes. The current version always lives at this address, with the effective date at the top, and a meaningful change will be mentioned in the app's release notes on Google Play. If you keep using the app after a change takes effect, the new version applies.
